2025 Blog Writing Tactics: What Works Now
Blogging isn’t dead, but it’s definitely changed. Back in 2022, I was working with a brand that was struggling with content performance. Organic traffic was flat, and they couldn’t figure out why. That’s when it really hit me: the old playbook doesn’t work anymore. A few years ago, publishing a decent post with the right keywords was enough. Today?
Today? Not even close. The game has shifted thanks to algorithm updates, audience expectations, and yes, the rise of AI. But here’s what I’ve found over the years: blogging still works in 2025. In fact, it’s thriving for creators who adapt. The lazy tactics are gone.
But,
Those who go deep, use smart tools, and connect directly with their audience? They’re seeing real results, traffic, leads, and revenue. If you’ve been following content creators for a while, you know mixing strategy with systems seems to be a plus. This post breaks down what’s actually working now and what’s better left behind. Whether you’re trying to grow your blog, build a business, or finally make money online.
Let me walk you through how I approach it — step by step.

There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don’t look even slightly believable. If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn’t anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text. All the Lorem Ipsum generators on the Internet tend to repeat predefined chunks as necessary, making this the first true generator on the Internet. It uses a dictionary of over 200 Latin words, combined with a handful of model sentence structures, to generate Lorem Ipsum which looks reasonable. The generated Lorem Ipsum is therefore always free from repetition, injected humour, or non-characteristic words etc.
